Which pillow should I get?
The Contour Pillow is your bed pillow, with a hollow for your head whether you lie on your back or your side. The Knee Pillow goes between your knees when you sleep on your side. The Neck Pillow is for flights and long drives, and it packs into its own hard case.
Can I wash the Contour Pillow?
The cover, yes. It zips off the foam, so you can wash it and zip it back on.
Do I need to drill to put up the blind?
No. Suction cups along the top band of the Blackout Blind hold it on the window glass, so the frame is left with no holes or marks when you take it down. It folds flat too, so you can pack it for a hotel window.
Will the eye mask press on my eyes?
No. The cups on our Eye Mask are moulded about 20 mm deep, so they sit off your eyes and lashes and you can blink with it on. A slider on the band sets how tight it fits.
What size is the Wearable Blanket?
The Wearable Blanket is one size and cut loose, so it goes over your clothes. It measures 88 cm from shoulder to hem and 150 cm around the chest, with 48 cm sleeves.
What comes in the Ultimate Sleep Kit?
The kit has the Blackout Blind in the size you pick, the Eye Mask in black and a box of 6 silicone putty earplugs that press over the opening of your ear. Together they cost less than the blind and the mask on their own.

When will my order arrive?
It ships within 3 business days. Once it ships, Canada and the US usually take 1-2 weeks, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia 1 to 3 weeks, and South America, Africa and the islands up to 8 weeks. Shipping is free to all 96 countries we ship to, and we email you tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before it ships, and we refund in full. We also email you if your order can't ship within 3 business days.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, the item and its box together, posted to us at your cost. Wrong item or a defect? Send us a photo and we replace it or refund you. To start a return, email info@avxt.ca with your order number.
What currency will I pay in?
In your own currency: CAD in Canada, USD in the US and the local currency in most other countries. Where our checkout can't take the local currency, prices are in USD. Prices outside Canada and the US include the shipping to your country. If your bank converts it, it uses its own rate.
