You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, the item and its box together, posted to us at your cost. Wrong item or a defect? Send us a photo and we replace it or refund you.

How to start a return: email info@avxt.ca with your order number and we reply with the return address and the steps. Please do not post anything before you have that email, a parcel sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Once we have your parcel we refund the full price of the item to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.

Wrong item or a defect: email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund you, your choice. You only post the item back if we ask, and if we ask, we pay that shipping.

Changed your mind? Before it ships you can cancel for a full refund, pre-orders included. One email to info@avxt.ca with the order number does it.

Returns do not go to the address on our contact information page. Email us first and we send you the right one.
