Free shipping to every country we ship to, that's 96 countries including Canada and the US.

Your order ships within 3 business days and goes directly to you. Once it ships, Canada usually takes 4 to 7 days and the US 4 to 9. The UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia usually take 1 to 3 weeks, and South America, Africa and the islands can take up to 8 weeks. We email you the tracking number the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Every order helps us work towards stocking our products in a North American warehouse, so delivery can get a lot faster.

Pre-Order products take a bit longer as these are new products that we are stocking up. For those, the ship date may take a bit longer, you can cancel any time before it ships for a refund.

If you're in Canada, your parcel comes from outside the country, so on orders over $20 Canada Post may ask for GST or HST and a $9.95 handling fee before delivery, plus duty on some products. We cover it: forward the Canada Post receipt to info@avxt.ca, say which order it was for, and the full amount goes back on your card. Send it within a month of the parcel arriving. In the US, duties are included and there's nothing to pay at the door. In other countries your post office may charge import tax or a fee on delivery, and that charge is yours to pay.

Prices show in your own currency, CAD in Canada and USD in the US. Our checkout can't take the local currency in Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Georgia, Ghana, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Türkiye and South Africa, so prices there are in USD. Prices outside Canada and the US include the shipping to your country, so they can differ from the Canadian price. If your bank converts the charge, it uses its own rate.
