Nice to have at bedtime. My legs felt cushioned and my alignment felt better. Wish the cover came in a darker color.

Breathable cover that comes off easily to wash. If you sleep on your side and your hips or legs bother you, it's worth getting.

I used to bunch a regular pillow between my legs and it always slid out during the night. This stayed in place and my lower back was totally relaxed.

S
S.A.

The foam is dense and it really supports my hips. I move around a lot, so I had to fix it when I flipped sides.

B
B.R.

I'm a side sleeper and my lower back and hips felt out of line by morning. With this between my knees my spine stayed straight and I was a lot more comfortable.

N
N.K.

Small and it stayed in place pretty well all night. Felt a little strange at first, but my lower back felt better in the morning.

R
R.T.

I didn't think a knee pillow would stay put, but the shape fits. It took the pressure off my knees and kept my hips stacked.
